Our Team Our Team Consists of 6 core team members hailing from diverse backgrounds ranging from Business Management to Research. Team members of the Planning and Execution teams are well experienced and dedicated professionals. We also have around 5 professionals associated with us on retainership basis to impart highly customized and specialized solutions. We also have a panel of consultants who have worked in organization like Sapient, IBM, Wipro, NIIT Technologies, RPG Raychem, ICICI.
Atif Sarfraz:  Atif has nearly 7 years of rich and varied professional experience. During his career, he has worked for organizations like Times of India and Bharti Airtel. Since last two and a half years he is into his own venture. He is also a Director at OMEC Engineers and has been involved in the execution of various government projects. He brings along with him dynamism and exuberance of working with industry biggies.
Md.Imran Khan:  Imran has nearly 6 years of rich experience in the field Media. During his career, he has worked for organizations like Times of India and Aksh Optic Fiibres. He has Extensive HR Consulting experience also and has been actively involved in NGO work, Specializing now in handling the IT project management team he is also well adept in sourcing projects.
Ajit Kumar: 
Ajit has nearly 10 years of experience in the field of Recruitment and Education. He has Extensive HR Consulting experience and has been actively involved in NGO work, Specializing now in Executive Search for middle and senior positions. A counselor at heart Ajit has also specialized in Counseling.
Manisha: 
Manisha has nearly 6 years of rich experience in financial research fields. She has worked in research and consultancy profile right through her career. She has been a part of equity research team for more than 4 years. She also has an exposure of the international market and has been handling international projects.
Fazal Faruqui 
Fazal brings along with him nearly 13 years of dynamic and varied professional experience. During his career, he has worked for organizations like General Electric, BCH Cutler Hammer, Exensys Software Solutions. He has worked in Manufacturing, IT Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering and Project Management. He is the think tank of the company and is the Process head of the organization. He is a certified Sigma Green Belt and has also undertaken various quality audit projects.
Abishek Varshney
Abishek is a designer and software developer.He is currently working on .net and PHP and he also acts as consultant.
